Peace be Still

As the end of the month approaches, many of us are closing chapters in our lives and entering into new ones. Although these new seasons can be exciting, it's no secret that anxiety can get the best of us.

I too am closing a chapter in my life and entering into a new era, and I find myself wondering about the what if's, how's, and why's. As I was preparing for bed last night, I heard to read Jeremiah. And I as I begin to journal for the night, I found a previous message I wrote to myself that quoted Jeremiah 33:3, "Call on me and I [the Lord] will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.".

As you go into your week, I would like to remind you that when we do not know how things will be or how events will turn out, God tells us to call on Him and He WILL answer us. He cares about the things that stress us out, otherwise why would He tell us to call on Him?

When you do get a little frazzled, I pray that the Lord will tug on your heart to call on Him. That He may open your eyes and ears to receive answers in a way that you will understand. And that His answers will provide you with the clarity and peace you desire. In Jesus name, amen.
