I want to take a moment to be open and honest. Fitness and the gym haven't always been my thing. However, I recently discovered two important truths: first, that a body in motion tends to stay in motion, and second, that faith and fitness operate together.
With God's grace and wisdom, I've come to understand that the fitness journey requires consistency. Sometimes you don't feel like showing up, and it might not always feel good, but it's ultimately good for you.
I am currently asking the Lord to continue to renew my mind about fitness and health, and yes, it is a process but well worth. Welcome to Training Thursdays, where we're exploring new heights in fitness together! Let's get moving!
